Installers
Our installers are trained and certified on the roofing materials we install.
Supervision
Each job is supervised by one of our full-time supervisors. Your sales representative is always available and will be on-site to aid in quality control.
Equipment
Scott Exteriors has the equipment to get your commercial roofing project done right.
Inspections
Each commercial roofing job is inspected by our supervisory personnel. If your job is a manufacturer certified job, the manufacturer will also inspect your job before issuing your NDL warranty.
Warranties
Our standard (non-NDL) warranties include a 5 year workmanship warranty and various 10 to 15 year manufacturer defect warranties.
In addition to our standard warranties, NDL (no dollar limit) warranties are also available. NDL warranties are unique to commercial roofing and represent a combined manufacturer and workmanship warranty. This type of warranty offers the building owner peace of mind for several reasons, including:
- Installers must be certified by the manufacturer
- Manufacturers dictate the roof system products to be installed
- Manufacturers inspect and certify the proper installation of the roof system
- Manufacturers will provide roof maintenance guidelines to owners
- Manufacturers will receive and process to a certified installer any calls from a building owner regarding material defects, leaks and any other issues covered by the warranty

Insurance
We carry two million dollars of general liability insurance and five hundred thousand in commercial vehicle protection. This is maintained to protect you and your building during our work.
